Collaborate, Educate, Celebrate
The Schools Learning Alliance is a group of 15 Primary Schools who have collaborated over the last 3 years to develop effective school led improvement.
By working together as an alliance of schools we have collectively improved outcomes for pupils and developed teachers expertise and teaching pedagogies. The SLA work in small Hubs of 3-4 schools to ensure effective practice and school improvement.
The SLA offer a a range of support services that can be purchased by schools outside the SLA. This school to school support is bespoke to the needs of the supported schools. Non SLA schools are able to purchase long term or short term packages to support their schools
The SLA offer a comprehensive package of support for new and developing Headteachers. Headteacher colleagues provide a mentoring service that runs over 10 sessions to enable new Headteacher to settle effectively at the start of their profession.
The SLA welcome schools that wish to work in a meaning collaboration.
The SLA work with many educational partners to develop excellent teaching practice and gain expertise.
