The Schools Learning Alliance is a group of 15 Primary Schools who have collaborated over the last 3 years to develop effective school led improvement.
By working together as an alliance of schools we have collectively improved outcomes for pupils and developed teachers expertise and teaching pedagogies. The SLA work in small Hubs of 5-6 schools to ensure effective practice and school improvement.

Each hub participates in four strands of work:
- ACTION RESEARCH – Develop Teaching Practice
- SHARING PRACTICE AND APPROACH – Co-ordinate networks and current practices
- SCHOOL TO SCHOOL SUPPORT – Support schools to improve
- SCHOOL CHALLENGE – Challenge and provide up to date educational advice
